“This piece is a cast plaster horn into which I embedded a battery operated horn. Steel rods also embedded into the length of the horn helped force the sound directly through the material causing it to squeak and squeal as it reached different frequencies. When placed outside the gallery entrance it could be heard a block away and functioned as a device to entice viewers into the gallery."  RH
